a small doubt, if input taken in June month, instead of July. kindly note, actually the month of invoice is July.
how to rectify this issue. kindly suggest me please.

In July return again take the input and also reverse the excess input taken in June by showing all in correct rows

You have to reverse it in table 4(B) of GSTR-3B with interest @ 24% on the ITC claimed in June.
these ITC of July you can claim it in table 4(A(5)).
