please provide the solution if a supplier wrongly deposit cgst and sgst instead off igst and also filed GST 3b shown cgst and sgst instead off igst

Except reversing it in your subsequent Gstr-3b , nothing can be done ..

the CGST/SGST being setoff so the balance in cash ledger is nil, so no point of refund arise
