Dear Chetan you have to send a letter to TDS officer for correction of the same.

here is the Format of the same..please made necessary changes in that.

Sub: Request for Correction and/or rectification of Section in TDS challan.

Sir,

This is to inform you that we had deducted TDS of Rs ....... u/s ..... pertaining to the month of .......... but at the time of online payment of the said amount the section was wrongly selected as .........instead of ..........

We, therefore, request you to kindly make the necessary correction in your records. We are also enclosing a photocopy of the said challan.

We regret for our inadvertent mistake.
