Wrong pan in tds return

Hi All

While filing TDS for Q4 ..One contractor PAN was given wrong .. instead of his PAN he provided his fathers PAN .. and on the same TDS return has been filed.. is there any oppurtunity to correct the PAN Number

The return is not yet processed

Please guide me regarding the same asap
