as per my knowledge revise tds return and intimate your respective tds ward of income tax dept.

if you had mentioned wrong PAN( i.e Invalid PAN) then it will be treated as "PAN not available" and the tax rate will be 20 % you are liable for the difference in rate until you revise the return.
Else if you mentioned the correct PAN of a wrong person and that person claimed it means you have to revise the TDS return...

Revise the return and also intimate your A.O. regarding the mistake.

Nobody can claim wrong tds. Even if you have qouted PAN of a wrong person he can not claim your tds as he should have earned that income from that particular deductor.
so as stated earlier revise the tds return as early as possible and the ri8 person can claim his tds amount.
TDS credit in 26AS will simply be shifted from wrong person's PAN to the right person's PAN soon after you revise your tds return.
