Sir, I have income from commission earned as Network Agent which is within taxable amount. I have filed eReturn in ITR-4S for the FY 2010-11. Income tax Office has not refunded my deducted tax. In intimation u.s.143(1) they are showing refund as "0" in column as computer under Section 143(1). Whether I have to file return in ITR-4 instead of ITR-4S. Whether I can file revised return to get back the deducted tax amount now?
