In GSTR-3B for Oct. and Nov., small taxpayer has taken wrong ITC? How to correct it?

...rectify in next month's 3B? How? Take less ITC (Dec. month ITC less excess ITC taken in earlier months) or take full ITC of Dec. and reverse in Column 4.B.2. Please advise.
