A person got GSTIN in his personal name instead of partnership firm name, and he sold goods worth of rs 3cr i in the month of July in his wrong GSTIN and he issued eway bill in the state of andhra pradesh. Now how to rectify this issues. ???

You can not rectify it as Modifications are not possible till know what you can do is to write a letter to the government regarding your mistake and for further work do not use your WRONG GSTIN .
