I wrongly entered value of sales in nil rated instead of zero rated while filing gstr 3g. Now I want to file RFD 1A for claiming ITC REFUND. And not yet filed GSTR 1. Is there any problem with that error. How to rectify this.

you have to add less in its subsequent month you can file your R1 as early

currently refunds are tracked only based on sales invoices entered in GSTR-1. kindly file GSTR-1 showing export invoice and then apply for refund online.
provide a declaration to department at time of manual submission of refund claim stating sales was wrongly shown in GSTR-3B as nil rated instead of zero rated.

Hope the case is related to export of services. Kindly file GSTR1 with correct details.
Ensure you take the basis of GSTR1 while filing your annual return.
Drop a letter to your jurisdictional officer as well.
