Writing Options

Hi There

I just want to know whether writing Options (Calls & Puts) possible in Indian Derivatives Market for retail Investors (not Institutional investors or FII's).

If its not Possible to write Options,What is done in the market by investors to give effect like writing Options.For example instead of a Put one can buy calls and invest pv of exercise Price in Risk free investments and sell stock to give effect of put based on put call parity.

I need to know to something similar to that.

Retail investors can write / sold put in Indian derivatives market.

You can opt to sell only part of a fund
