@ ajay....I've not tried rather presented in both the inks & due to time constraints messed up badly but the institute is more concerned about the material u write than the color. ...

So far as you use either black or blue ink there is no issue. But, using both color pens may consume lot of time in swapping it everytime. It's true ultimately you need to impress upon the examiner by the quality of your presentation and not by the variety of pen. Yes, pencil can be used for drawing lines, diagrams etc. All the very best for your upcoming examination.
