why should icai declare good results ??? many CA's are still unemployed. many are not getting their dream job.
If icai declares a good result as usual then only unemployed rate of qualified CA's will increase.
my sincere advise those who could not make thru final exam can search for other altenatives and leave ca course..so that the value of already qualified will increase.

one more strategy also followed by institute only give 2 attempts and no rule single group both group (drama). make 1st year 2nd year 3rd year thats my personal opinion. i also agree with above comments
