World is looking towards India for global economic revival: WB Chief

World Bank Group President, Robert B Zoellick on Friday met Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh in the capital to discuss the country's further growth for the years 2009 to 2011 .
Earlier in the day, addresing a Press conference the World Bank president said that India could return to a higher growth trajectory of 8-9 per cent in two years, but it needs to invest more in infrastructure for sustaining such growth.
Zoellick also said strong fiscal and monetary policies have helped the country counter decline in exports and withstand some of the external shocks.
Zoellick is in India on a four-day visit.
