If World bank offers me a job on contract basis, it is worthwhile to accept such an offer?

The deciding factors for you to take up that assignment are as follows:-
- Check if the nature of assignment/ contract would gel would your career interest.
- Consider your profile on the org. chart.
- Never forget to enquire about your compensation.
- If possible try to have a talk with people who had already taken up such assignments.
World Bank has got a very good reputation anywhere in the globe.
It has funded many successful projects in India too!
