Works contract tax
If a contractor is claiming vat & service tax in a bill separately then whether WCT will be deducted in the said bill or not?
Whether it will be treated as work contract agreement?

Yes. .As per the provision of statevat law it is an obligation of the contractee to deduct a TdS Wct on contractors bills if the agreement with the contractor and scope of work involve to perform works contacts as agreed by both the party in their agreement.
