One of my client real eastate and builder. now pls tell me, how to levy gst in thiese 3 cases from 1.4.2019:
1. if Advance received before construction start, final amount received after completion.
2. Advance received middle of the construction.
3. Total consideration received after completion.
advance received before construction shall be sale of under-construction
middle of construction - same as above
after completion means no supply of either goods or services
