Works contract - Govt works

Sir we are works contractor of govt works on roads, side culverts, small bridges, govt official buildings, etc.. now my doubt whether we are eligible ITC for taxes paid on material purchases (like cement, steel, bricks, bitumen, boulders,etc..)
