can works contractor takes credit for input tax paid on material purchased.?? will payment s made daily workers comes under gst. what is the rule in it can we ask gst bill from the person who provided JCB service s ??
Yes input is available for material purchase to Contractor. Payment to Daily works means , to labour supplier .... it's exempted. Yes ...you should ask for bill from JCB services provider.
