one dealer in Andhra Pradesh intended to construct Kalyana Mandapam (wedding hall). Is he eligible to claim ITC for his tax paid goods which was used in construction. If yes, the ITC excisable to utilise his output tax i.e.rents receipts after construction.please explain with rule provisions.
