If he sale his product comes under 28% GST. Whether mfg. can claim full ITC on purchase or rawmaterial on their works contract invoice under 18%.

28% for raw material supply and balance works contract 18%? which is applicable

he has to pay 28% for material & 18% on service proovided. need to show both separately on the bill. otherwise charge 28% as mixed supply on total amount
