Is Vehicle repairing ( with material ) works contracts?
service provider is individual and not having service tax reg.
service receiver is company.

yes, it comes under the purview of works contract as it involve repairing activity of an movable property.
as reverse charge is applicable on works contract..the company receiving has to pay 50% of the service tax..rest part will be borned by service provider..but the service provider will get an basic exemption of 10 lakhs
