Hai......

Whether labour charges(i.e Fabrication, painting and Sandblasting) comes under Works Contract. and all such materials are provided by service receiver.

If so, please specify the service tax liability under Reverse Charge Mechanism

liability on " other than a body corp" if providing service to a " body corporate"on
- service portion in execution of work contract

50% liability to be paid  service provider and 50% by reciever.
