what if in works contract includes service @ 18%and material includes @ 28% . in this case do we have to take total as 18% or do we have to take separately i.e.18% and 28%.
please clarify.

if differentiate not possible then take higher rate, because it's call mixed supply. And if mixed supply contract we will take higher rate
