i purchased a house in my native place on loan, but i work 400 km away.can i claim loan principle and interest exemption and also rent exemption in my place of work where i stay on rent?

in your case deemed to be let out will be taken as nil if you are not deriving any income from that property or else the income derived from that property has to be declared under the head income from house property
