As it is cleared by finance minister recently that service equal to Rs 5 lakh or 10% of turnover, which ever is higher will be allowed to
composition dealer, my query is a out work order.
my client( composition dealer) a supplier, received an order in which he is said to to supply a wire net as well as to install them.
in this case whether he can charge the service charge in his bill of supply.

it's trading only and registered as composition dealer.

Sir it is a proposed Amendment in the GST Act ( CGST Act 2017 ) by way of GST Amendment Bill 2018 and it has not been notified yet neither the Bill have been passed in the Parliament.
So wait until the GST Amendment Bill 2018 becomes the GST Amendment Act 2018 and then the above said provision will be applicable.
Hence, the provision which you have stated is not applicable now. It's a proposed Amendment.
