I m a govt contructor....my gross payment is 291530 and get is 12% .....how to calculate gst
payable

Value is 260294.64
OPT cgst is 15617.68
OPT sgst is 15617.68
Total invoice amount is 291530

See your contract/tender letter if it is inclusive of all taxes then calculate GST inclusive in 291530/- (as above done by Mr Vinod) else deposit GST on 291530/- exclusive

Yes, agreed with Pankaj sir views.
I think normally e- tender is inclusive of GST.
Any way you can check it in tender letter.
