Casual regustration means to depoist advance before registration, that means if he got the conrtact for 1crore he has to deposit 18lac (18℅ Gst), i dont think its wise decision.
No need to Take registration in HARYANA
Section 22 Of The ACT Reads As 'Every Supplier Shall Be Liable To Be Registered Under This Act In The State Or Union Territory, Other Than Special Category States, From Where He Makes A Taxable Supply Of Goods Or Services Or Both, If His Aggregate Turnover In A Financial Year Exceeds Twenty Lakh Rupee
IN ABOVE "From Where " means where he is rwgistered ( in ur case delhi)
So If Company Is Executing Any Works Contract Outside The State, Then It Shall Be Treated As Interstate Supply And Therefore IGST Shall Be Applicable And Therefore, No Separate GST Registration Is Required To Be Maintained.
Material, Goods And Machines Can Be Easily Transferred Against The Delivery Challan In The Name Of The Client And At The Place Where Construction Is Taking Place. This Is Because When You Send Material To The Site, The Same Cannot Be Considered As A Taxable Supply And Hence, No Question Of Issuing Tax Invoice And Charging GST Arises.
GST is applicable on stock transfer between related parry without consideration , as per schedule I
If u take registration in haryana & wants to transfer any material or equipment from delhi u have charge GST
GST Registration Is Completely Dependent Upon The Place From Where You Are Making Supply.
So its My personal views No need to take registration in every state where u got the contract,
