Dear sir gst ma mai work contracter and supplier hu.mai apna return jan ma 3b nil.file kar diya h.ab company ka bill dena par feb ma figar dikha hakt hu. ya nahi.

mai civil work contractor me gst me huan sarkari kam krta huan . maine dec me bill diya par payment feb me ho raha h

pr maine dec ka return nil file kiya tb mai dec ka bill feb ki return me dikha kr tax jama kra sakta huan ki nahi

kya gstr3b ma data nil dikha deta hu. or uska bad gstr1 ma deta deta hu to kya koi effect ho gaa

if you fill nil gst 3b but not fill gstr1 then correct the same in gstr1

but tax deposit with interest in Feb 2018 as no revised return in gst regime
