Work contract under gst act
work contract purchase raw material for construct road ,then work contract claim ITC on that purchasing raw material ,please tell me in detail.

Work contract services is included in block credit list as per section 17. construction of road does not provide any further services to another user and the supply chain will be end that's why one cannot take ITC for the same as per my opinion. kindly take another exports opinion
