govt department have released payment after deduction of the 2% gst ( 1% sgst +1% cgst ). Now on work contract 12% gst is applicable.so i have pay 12% or 10 because already they have deducted 2 %
note: i have verified i.e it is 2 % gst tds
You should calculate 12% GST. But you will have get credit of TDS deducted in your electronic credit ledger. So your net liability will come less to pay i.e. net 10%.
