Please guide whether work contract tax should be recovered from a contractor bill (Contract consists of material and labour both) after implementation of GST.

rate quoted by contractor shall include work contract GST . invoice submitted by contractor shall show cgst,sgst separately with GSTN NUMBER of both service provider and service receiver.contractor shall be paid total amount.contractor shall deposit cgst,sgst to gst department including tax invoice of input materials tax paid,thus can claim ITC on materials.
