Work contract address need to show gst certificate

Sir /Madam,

My client doing building work contract business, The business register address in chennai and same in Gst certificate. He is doing 3 more project in Madurai and Trichy and every projects will close 3 months between.

We need to update the site address in Gst portal ?.pls advice
