I am registered government work contractor and I do take work contract of road, building etc.
is there any difference in tax rate like for 1)govt road work contract gst is 12%
2) govt building construction work contract it is 18%
3) govt work contract consisting more than 75% work as earth work then gst on such govt work contract will be 5%
4) or we have only one tax rate for all govt work contract which is 12%
