Answer is "VICTORY"......It almost took 20 minutes to break this....
Here is the explanation....

Each letter in the code exactly represents the letter on the keyboard which is adjacent to it on the left side......

"R" represents the letter "E"
"F" represents the letter "D"
"I" represents the letter "U"
"V" represents the letter "C"
.
.
.
.
"M" represents the letter "N"

That is how, "RFIVSYOPM" represents "EDUCATION"

In the same way......"DIVVRDD" represents "SUCCESS"

Now, "BOVYPTU"

"B" represents the letter "V"
"O" represents the letter "I"
"V" represents the letter "C"
"Y" represents the letter "T"
"P" represents the letter "O"
"T" represents the letter "R"
"U" represents the letter "Y"

So, finally "BOVYPTU" represents "VICTORY"
