I have won dream elevan contrast 1 lac rupees, and tds cut 33 perchantase , Can I refund tds amount , i have not greter then total income 5 Lacs.

Hi, congratulations for winning... In case of income from winning from lotteries, crossword puzzles, and other game of any sort at taxable at flat 30%. It doesn't consider whether exceeded basic exemption limit or not. So it is not refundable.
