Dear sir/madam,
My assessee without pan card 20% deducted. from bank. and recd. certificate form 16a....
can he claim apply return itr 4 to govt. refund that amt. possible ? (he now got it pan card)

if bank has put his PAN no in form 16A, and same is displayed under 26AS then refund is possible

No assessee cant claim T.D.S.
Bcz bank has not spcified the PAN No. of assessee while filing the TDS return...
