We are sending some technical computers for repairing out of India. The vendor shall charge service charges per hour. Does we required to deposit withholding tax on the service charges ? Also, please share about the due date of deposit withholding tax.

i think as technical services it is in sec 195.
you need to deduct TDS and deposit till 7th of next month. you can also check DTAA for any exemption which is diff country to country
