hello,
my query is that if a person who is registered under composition scheme before has a turnover of 21 lakh.. but now due to the change of threshold limit as to 40 lakhs.. whether he should withdraw his registration or stay in?
if yes, what will be the procedure for withdrawal?

His wish .. he can with draw or he can continue voluntarily but he Have to pay tax
