my client avail GST registration under composition scheme, Now he want to sale inter state, how can i withdraw composition scheme.

as per the rule , you can change the status of the dealer in the beginning of the year only

wait for the Amendment options to come. You will be able to opt out from composition scheme. To opt for composition scheme you will have only option for the beginning of year.
