Winding up petition can't be entertained unless claims of dues are supported by original bills
Claim of money dues should be supported by original bill, etc., otherwise winding up petition could not be entertained

Co. Cout Rules states that:
To ascertain any debt and claims due, creditor is required to bring proof of their claim.
Court in Form no 35 publish the name of the creditors and direct them to submit the proof of their claim against company.
