For winding up of Pvt. Co.Following docement is required-
1-Form EES .
2-Idemnity bond .
3-Affidavit.
4-Residential Proof of Director.
5-Copy of Resolution of Board of Director for winding up of the comapny.
6.Stataement of Account.
All of above ducument are filled on MCA.
