under new section of companies act 2013, can creditor apply to tribunal for winding up of company ?

yes as per section 272(1)(b) any contributory can present petition for winding up to tribunal

no.. NOW CREDITORS CAN APPLY FOR RESOLUTION UNDER THE BANKRUPTCY CODE, NOT THE COMPANIES ACT
