There is a circular issued on closure of companies thru Fast Track Exit (FTE) mode.
You can search on internet for that. It gives elaborate details and formats, will serve your purpose.
Before applying under FTE scheme, make sure that all the assets and liabilities in the financials is zero.
FTE form doesnt accept any digit other than 0.
