As per i know, you will have to approach ICAI-BOS with the letter indicating the mistakes in that paper..

But manil icai does not give any grace marks as sneha said and more over u can ask experts for wether the qustn z rigth or wrng
if nt xact ans der might be very nearing optn in paper so refer once again

Just confirm your queries with experts and if they exist then you can approach ICAI with the same.

anyways, it would be pointless to debate whether they would grace marks or not, however I have been to one of the ca student conference held in srcc, delhi on 28th dec, in director speech there was some mention about cpt questions mistakes and he assured that nobody would suffer. so instead of giving grace marks I think they would rather make that question null and void and that way nobody would get any marks, that way no injustice to the institute in passing students who might not deserve to be passed and the students community as well. remember there are no free lunches in this world.
I think thats the whole idea of introducing a cut of 30 marks in each subject from next session or whenever the decision is made.
