Will syllabus change for may 2016 exams

1. Only draft scheme has been issued by the ICAI but it not yet effective.

2. Anyhow, you’ll be able to carry on your studies in the existing curriculum itself. You'll only need to do the amendments as applicable for May 2016 exams. Like Ind-AS will be applicable for May 2016 exams (comparison and carve out/in) - View ICAI announcement

3. Sufficient time will be given to students to clear their exams before transition provisions are applied. Similarly, when PCC scheme was launched in 2006, adequate time was given to old intermediate and final students to clear their exams before the old scheme was abolished.
