16 April 2010Will articleship training affects the packages in Campus selection? Because I heard that Co's will offer more to those who done articleship in Big 4 or reknowed firms..
What about the others those who doing in Smal and Mid size firms who genuinely work hard to pass CA ?

You are correct.
BIG4 articles & Rank holders get preference in Campus
but if u do Industrial Trng, u can be at par wid them!!

Its not that !! Generally companies are predecided on what they will pay :)
