Why they deducting 10% for tds on my salary?

You must ask the company about the section in which they are deducting your TDS.

Because,If they are deducting tax as per section 194C,then the rate is 1% and 2% not 10%.

But if they are deducting tax as per section 194J then the rate is 10%.

Please let me know.

I agree with Santoshji. With this you can also opt for lower deduction or No deduction certificate u/s 197. This certificate is based on your total Income of past three year. Consult any local CA for this. He will guide you. This will be more better than claiming deduction in second year. Your 10% remains blocked for 15-18 months.

Dear all Most of the answer given by you guys are incorrect, except few ones.So, I would like to request you guys not to give the answer of those question which you are unaware of. For the information of you guys, the answer given by Mr.yuvak is absolutely correct.
