Now a days students are attracting towards dummy articles.
I think the CA i.e. the principle is not alone responsible, our developing economy is also responsible. As of now MNC are increasing they are paying good remuneration but they are only interesting in rank holders, 1st attempt both groups to them they are ready to pay more than Rs.9 lakh. As per new rule u get attempt in last 6 months of article by the time result will come only 2 or 3 months article will be left. While in previous rule after clearing final u have still around 9 months left and then the student can join BIG 4 and can get good experiance. But now if u join BIG 4 in the begining it gets very difficult to clear in 1st attempt as they won't give sufficient leave and their office timing will be full day. But now also if u go in BIG 4 and clear in 3-4 attempt then also u will not get more than Rs.3-4 lakh.
Student think to take dummy and work as paid for one and half or 2 year and get experiance and clear in 1st attempt. Later if required join any good CA firm get experiance in 1 year and go in MNC as they are concerned about no. of attempts only.
If student is working in CA firm and gets 6 - 6 month leave for PCC and Final and in between 2 months for degree and other leave. Then also he has effectively worked for nearly 2 years. So what is the difference between student who is taking Dummy and who is going regular both getting around 2 years experiance. Dummy clearing in 1 st attempt and regular taking more attempts. And both having same practical experiance.
If institute want to stop dummy instead of launching e mail ID and all it should make some rule in favour of student like student should get minimum of 6 month leave for 1 st attempt, and any more such things.
