SMART Work is d outcome of Hard work... enlightened

The combination of both Is helpful and Gives results too....

hard work without smart work is of no use and vice versa..

becoz now dayz smart work is appreciated ( in studies, jobs etc etc etc..) but hard work cant be neglected too..
