Sir, Why are some people blaming other professional body like ICAI for privileges curbed for Company Secretaries in Companies Act, 2013 ?

i think sir ..this human nature that when we work on same platforms.. people who are at high position in the same profession generally do not want that someone's who at bellow compete him....so its human nature its also applied on professionals...i think so....
